The Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology (often shortened to Niagara College and branded as Niagara College Canada) is a public college of applied arts and technology within the Niagara Region of Southern Ontario.

The college has three campuses: the Welland Campus in Welland, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the Ta'if Campus in Ta'if, Saudi Arabia.

It was established in 1967 in response to the province’s initiative to create institutions that provide career-oriented diploma and certificate courses, as well as continuing education programmes.

Niagara College’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute (CFWI) provides food, wine and beer education and training for students, employers and consumers. It specialises in Canadian regional cuisine with a focus on culinary arts and science, wine and beer sciences, food technology, and research.

It is home to three major learning enterprises: Benchmark restaurant, the Niagara College Teaching Winery and the Niagara College Teaching Brewery which is Canada’s first teaching brewery. These are all located at the 114-acre Niagara-on-the-Lake campus.

There are more than 4,000 international students from more than 60 countries at the university.
