Basic information and contact details for Graduate School of Management (Cote d'Ivoire)

institution

The Graduate school of management, in the C?te d¡¯Ivoire¡¯s economic capital, Abidjan, started out as an experiment. It was created in 2002, as a pilot project to see whether an English higher-education institution would succeed in a French environment.

The fact that GSM is still taking in students more than 20 years later suggests that the experiment was indeed successful. Today, it trains students in the field of management for English and French degrees. Undergraduate programmes are offered in: business management; human-resource management; accounting and finance; marketing management; communication; economics; information technology; and law.

A range of extracurricular clubs and societies allow students to complement their academic studies ¨C for example, by joining the entrepreneurship club or the charity club. But there are also purely recreational clubs, such as cooking club, drama club and football club, as well as happy club and peaceful club. There is also a campus ¡°mini restaurant¡±, which students are actively encouraged to patronise.

Students are expected to wear corporate dress on Mondays.
