DCU Business School is affiliated to Dublin City University and only one of two schools in Ireland to be accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

The school has over 3,000 students, originating from across 58 countries. It has a strong emphasis on global business and offers courses in aviation.

DCU offers nine undergraduate courses: BSc Aviation Management / BSc Aviation Management with Pilot Studies; BSc Marketing Innovation and Technology; BA Accounting and Finance; BA Global Business (Canada); BA Global Business (USA); BA Global Business (Spain); BA Global Business (Germany); BA Global Business (France); Bachelor of Business Studies International and Bachelor of Business Studies.

Full-time graduate courses on offer are: MSc in International Accounting and Business; MSc in Management (Aviation Leadership); MSc Management (Strategy); MSc Management (Business); MSc International Management; MSc Human Resource Management; MSc in Finance; MSc in Electronic Commerce (Business); MSc in Digital Marketing and MSc in Accounting.

Part-time options are on offer in: MSc Human Resource Strategies; MSc Work and Organisational Psychology/Behaviour; MSc Management (Aviation Leadership); MSc Emergency Management; MSc Digital Marketing; MSc Investment, Treasury & Banking and DCU’s Executive MBA. A PhD programme is available both full and part-time, and there is also a Masters by Research Programme on offer.

Research activities at DCU range across cloud computing; leadership and talent management; small and medium-sized enterprises and family businesses; the health sector, the aviation industry (spawning the DAI, Dublin Aviation Institute) and big data.

One example of innovation at DCU is the creation of over 250 mobile apps in conjunction with Microsoft in a three year period, part of theDICE (Digital, Innovation Creativity and Enterprise) module for first year students.

As well as the AACSB accreditation, DCU’s Executive MBA has been accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) since 2004. DCU’s MSc in Management is ranked in the Financial Times Top 90 globally, and the Eduniversal Best Masters ranking put four of DCU’s masters programmes in the top 30.

Approximately 95 per cent of DCU graduates are employed or are engaged in further study, within six months of graduation.
