The University of Lincoln and Nottingham Trent University are among the new entrants to this year’s Times Higher Education “Table of Tables”.
The pair’s inclusion means that there are three post-92 institutions in the latest edition of the table, which is based on the combined results of the UK’s three main domestic university rankings. All three institutions – Coventry University (24th place), Nottingham Trent (25th) and Lincoln (29th) – owe their place in the 色盒直播 table to their inclusion in the rankings produced by The Guardian.
The biggest riser in this year’s table is the University of Southampton, which climbed to 19th after falling out of the top 30 last year.
Newcastle University also made strong gains, ascending four places to 23rd, while the London School of Economics rose three places to join the top 10 at joint eighth place.

Meanwhile, the University of Sussex is the biggest faller, dropping seven places to 27th, and the University of Surrey declines six places to 20th.
The top three places are unchanged from last year. The University of Cambridge takes first position for the eighth consecutive year, with the institution claiming maximum points after topping the latest editions of The Complete University Guide, the rankings published by The Guardian and the combined Times and Sunday Times’ Good University Guide.
