The University of Verona is hosting a meeting entitled 'development strategies in scientific research: mobility and strengthening of human capital' on 28 February.
The event is co-sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Education and the European Commission, and will act as a platform from which to launch activities under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).
Speakers at the event include Dr Raffaele Liberali, Director at the European Commission's Research DG for human potential, researcher mobility and Marie Curie activities, Dr Luigi Rossi Bernardi, Head of Unit at the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, and Dr Luigi Rossi Luciani, President of the Regione Veneto Industrial Federation.
Their presentations will cover 'Marie Curie activities and mobility strategies in the European Research Area', 'the strategies of public research systems' and 'research strategies of the industrial sector' respectively.
