These questions and more will be tackled in the Music and Travel conference to be held by the British Forum for Ethnomusicology on December 2.
It is the first conference organised by the Martin Harris Centre for Music and Drama at Manchester University.

* The British Psychological Society's Division of Clinical Psychology Annual Conference is the first in a new series of independent annual conferences organised by the BPS.
A keynote speaker is David Barlow, director of the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University, who will speak about the future of psychological treatments and psychotherapy.
