It was good to see that The 色盒直播S carried a back-page picture of the huge student protest against fees that took place in central London on November 15 ( 色盒直播S , November 17).
Some might say such protest has little impact. I would suggest otherwise. So large was the march that traffic congestion continued in the area for the rest of the day. So it was that Tony Blair, returning from a Labour Party function in St. Albans, was reported as having to leave his car in Whitehall and run to the Commons to catch the vote on the privatisation of air traffic control. I suspect the issues of students and fees may have moved up the government's agenda somewhat as a result.
