对于 Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University
Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University was founded in 1972 as Chanthaburi Teachers College. In 1985 it was renamed Rhambhai Barni College after Queen Rambhai Barni, who donated her palace to Thailand’s Ministry of Education in order to establish a higher education institution. Ten years later the college became Rajabhat Institute Rambhai Barni and in 2004 it attained full university status under its current name.
It is officially recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation of Thailand.
The university is located in Chanthaburi Province, eastern Thailand.
The university consists of 10 faculties: agricultural technology, education, humanities and social sciences, law, management sciences, communication arts, science and technology, computer science and information technology, industrial technology, and gemological sciences and applied arts. Within each faculty are a number of departments, offering both undergraduate and graduate degree programmes.
It has developed partnerships with other higher education institutions across the globe in order to facilitate academic and scientific exchanges. Lecturers are also given the opportunity to attend training courses at one of the university’s partner institutions.
