UNIVERSITY OF PLYMOUTH Andrew Errington, former senior lecturer in the department of agricultural economics and deputy director of the University of Reading's farm management unit, has been appointed to the new research chair in rural development in the Seale-Hayne faculty of agriculture, food and land use.
